  • Rates are prorated every half hour.
  • Repair fees do not include hardware; hardware best bought by technician. 
  • Diagnostic fee is included in repair cost, charged separately only when no repair is authorized. 
  • Minimum service fee is 1/2 hr. 
  • Triumph recommends regular data backup and assume no responsibility for lost data. 
  • For any software issues that require reinstallation, customer should provide or purchase appropriate licensed software. 
  • We recommend Licensed software only.
  • All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer.
